I ordered 4 flags which were good value and I got an email that day (21st Aug) informing me that the order was out for delivery, so all good from the Flag and bunting Company. Unfortunately the courier company then spoilt the process. I had paid for express delivery and received an email from them to say they were going to deliver the following afternoon (22nd Aug). When no delivery arrived I left a message on their Contact Us page to find out what had happened and to ring me. 10 days later they have not responded! The package eventually arrived on 27th Aug and too late to be used for theevent I needed the flags for. Star rating brought down by the courier, otherwise it would be 5 stars for the Flag and bunting Company
