Excellent service all round. Due to Covid-19 and local postal issues my parcel didn't arrive in time for VE Day so after speaking with Donna and as I live in Essex I was able to pop over to their premises and pick up an alterative which worked well. And when the original parcel did arrive I returned it for a full refund which was paid very promptly. Thanks for all your help and will definitely be buying from you again.
