They have been great with my other purchases from them but this order did not arrive and despite a voicemail and email to them to discuss the matter , I didn’t get a reply. The order has never arrived, and I didn’t get My money back either. I have no doubt they sent it and the issue was probably with the post office, but it would have been good customer service to at lease respond to the voicemail or email.
