Terrible customer service ordered beginning november got told order had been despatched but never received. Sent 5 emails had no response would never trust or recommend this company they never bother to respond. Had email 3 weeks ago from lady called Laura who said my parcel had been lost in the post. I replied straight back to her to say i havnt received anything and it was a xmas present never heard another word from her
