My precious time, energy and some of my money has been wasted by Flare Audio: I purchased a pair of Flare Calmer Pro ear plugs online, but I feel negative and very inconvenienced because, when I received my ear plugs and opened the package, I discovered that the ear plugs were useless. This is because, in one of the ear plugs, the aluminium core, the metal part, was missing and, consequently, I need to return the ear plugs.
