My experience with Jeremy Knox and Mrs. Renee at this branch was extremely disappointing. They were unhelpful and displayed a complete lack of professionalism.
I decided not to proceed with any loan applications through this branch as a result of this negative experience. Additionally,
it's concerning that our information may have been shared with brokers without our consent, which further erodes trust in their services.
