Forgot to add the exchange memo. Support was great
I have been using Fleso for several years and think it is a great service. On Monday, Nov 13, I exchanged Matic for XRP and forgot to add the memo for the exchange. This put everything in limbo. I contacted support, thinking I’d lost my funds. They responded very quickly and walked me through what information they needed to recover and complete the exchange. It was complicated and took 15 hours to complete. I can’t thank Emma, Lucas, and Adam enough for their help. This was a great experience.
