I purchased three bottles of Flexacil Ultra. I have been taking one every other day. Gone through about 1.5 bottles. Did not notice much difference at first. About 2 weeks ago I was going through my normal stretch, and work out and noticed more flexibility, less joint cracking. That has been the case now for last two weeks or so.
