It is a legitimate product that does mitigate severe osteoarthritis. The only viable alternative is Aleve and it will damage your kidneys. You will not notice much of an improvement for about three or four weeks but after that you are set free from debilitating arthritis pain. Before I discovered it my pain level was 9/10 but after a few months it dropped to merely annoying. I take three caps every morning and always ensure I have at least two months worth in reserve.
