Product is excellent, have had good results, however customer support response has been non existent if late. Used to be able to order more than 1 bottle at a time to obtain a progressive discount on an already pricey item, no more and despite repeated inquiries, no answer forthcoming. If not for that I would have put it at a 5. Perhaps mentioning that in this review will draw a response but in my book that’s not how customer support should be.
