I have been using Flexacil Ultra now for six months. I take it once every other day. It was maybe 2 months or so before I noticed a difference in my joints and how they felt. Before Flexacil Ultra I would crack a lot and have aches in the morning especially. Now when I awake and do my regular morning exercise, no cracking of joints and very little morning stiffness/pain. Thank you Flexacil Ultra!!!
