I have been using Flexacil Ultra for longer than 5 years. I had joint pain that wouldn't allow me to sleep on my left side for as long as I can remember. After being on Flexacil for 3 months, I noticed the pain had subsided allowing me to sleep on that side as I hadn't for many years. Awake time was also much improved. Stopped taking it, and the pain returned along with the discomfort. It disappeared again after resuming taking Flexacil, but did take a few months to be totally effective. I will be using Flexacil for the foreseeable future.
