I've been taking this product 4 under 10 years now on the recommendation from a pilates instructor who suggested it as I have had a couple of operations on my right knee w/minimal cartilage. And have to say I agree w/her. I've never had an arthritic issue or any issue since taking it. It also has hyaluronic acid in it 4 building cartilage. Whether it's done that, I don't know. But I have tried other products 4 the same symptoms above & found they don't work nearly as well.
