I had the unfortunate event where my FlexBuddy was either stolen or not delivered - and USPS had confirmed delivery. Spoke with my neighbors, and no such luck. Was hoping to resolve the issue with FlexBuddy customer support, and sadly no resolution in sight after 2 weeks working with customer support. For an item you pay close to $60 - you would think they would do right with the customer and send another object.
Sadly disappointed with the lack of customer support with FlexBuddy. The item might be great, but I don’t approve of the lack of customer support.
