Very helpful and hassle free service.
I was not aware of this course of compensation and was somewhat annoyed to find out that my insurance policy would not pay out for a delay totalling 6 hours.
After submitting all documentation, I hoped for the best, if I'm honest, but was very appreciative to receive my compensation gained by the Flight Delay Team .
I had not only a delayed flight but lost the first nights accommodation due to the delay.
