My wife daughter and I travelled on a well know airline during a visit to the UK in July/ August 2018.
We suffered an unacceptable delay on the return trip with our 2 year old daughter who was exhausted being treated in a completely unacceptable manner.
The Flight Delay team whom I had never heard of before obtained compensation without us being required to make any payment when lodging the claim.
