As stated by Brian, if program is lost, they will not re-issue your registration code. I paid $130.00 CDN, used it 1 month. Computer crashed, re-installed program, asked for copy of Reg. #. I emailed 3 times within a week, and received no response, whatsoever. Take my advice, screen-shot your reg. #, and save to pictures.
