Hi. Overall I was disappointed in the service. What I thought I was ordering an what I received did not match. The number of stems was far fewer than was pictured, and nowhere did the description say the vase was not included. Also the value was not there. Only after I ordered did I see the promotion for first time free delivery which I would have qualified for. And the flowers were less expensive when ordering directly from the florist. However what I did receive was attractive. But I’m embarrassed to have paid $150 for a small bouquet.
