Poor communication
- No updates when the flowers went out from the florist
- No customer service during the delivery time to find out where the delivery is at
- Update notification email on actual delivery time received at 11 pm when flowers were due by 6 pm.
- Paid premium price for same day delivery and flowers showed up multiple hours later than the time range provided.
