The florist was amazing and went above and beyond when I realized that I'd ordered a bouquet from their location that was 1 hour away from the recipient instead of ordering from the location that was 15 minutes away from her. The florist made it right and the bouquet was stunning! Unfortunately, Floom's customer service sucks. The telephone number on their website doesn't work and the "Live Chat" was turned off. So I contacted the florist directly and thankfully I caught him 5 minutes before his shop closed.
