The flowers were delivered 4 hours past the delivery window provided. They were dried up and wilted and there was a price tag attached. I contacted Floom and they refused to assist since it was more than 48 hours after delivery. I guess it's ok for them to miss their own deadline, but there is no understanding for the customer. I will dispute this with my credit card company as you did not hold up your end of the "contract". I will not use this service again and would discourage anyone who is considering using Floom.
