Okay, the pros are the website is easy to maneuver, quite beautiful, and I *think* I got the flowers sent where I wanted? The downside is it's pretty pricey, inexplicably the flowers were delivered a full 24 hours early- I *think* this should be okay in my individual case, but isn't it, like, important that the scheduling be noted? It seems like we're supporting local florists here and there which is awesome, and I hate calling individual businesses, so anything that simplifies matters and empowers local businesses is really good.
