Terrible. Ordered multiple days in advance to get my girlfriend flowers before leaving for her birthday vacation for the delivery to not to get there before we left. Keep in mind that I agreed to pay the expensive amount for your service because it said delivery was between 11am and 6pm - this certainly wasn’t the case as my neighbor had to receive the flowers for us after we had already left at 7:30pm! Absolutely ridiculous and I truly hope to get refunded for this as the experience was horrible.
