Avoid! There are too many flower delivery service options to go with an unreliable provider. I ordered flowers to be delivered on my friends birthday only the flowers never arrived. I tried calling the day of, but was unable to reach anyone. The following day, I tried to contact Floom again to get an update on the now overdue delivery. They are impossible to reach over the phone, but I finally received an email follow-up letting me know "they were chasing the florist for an update." The following day, now three days after my friend's birthday and original delivery day I again had to follow-up with them to find out what was going on. In the end they were unable to track down the flowers for delivery and reimbursed me for the cost. That said, I would have appreciated some initiative on their end - perhaps giving me updates rather than needing to chase them. Plus - simply a refund is pretty disappointing given that my friend never received her birthday flowers. I would have much preferred if they found another florist that was able to fill the order.
