I ordered flowers and paid £9.99 for same day delivery by 6pm. By 4pm I had heard nothing so got in touch with customer services. They came back to me saying that my flowers had been delivered, but they hadn’t. I contacted them again asking about the flowers and they eventually came back to me saying that they hadn’t yet been delivered but had been accidentally marked as delivered. They eventually showed up at 7pm and were nothing like the flowers that ordered, completely different. Extremely disappointed as this was a present for a colleague moving to another country on their last day and they didn’t receive the flowers before the end of the work day.
