Delivery was an issue. Received a notification email it was delivered when it wasn't. Customer support was limited and they didn't help much. I ended up finding the florist myself and ringing them. Delivery was quite late (around 645pm) which took away from the surprise and the occasion. Spent most of the day stressing it was delivered to a different address or not at all. If I hadn't received a notification email it would have been not as bad.
