Floom has accepted my order for 2 Jan-22 delivery of a birthday bouquet, only for me to receive the following message "You have ordered flowers for the 2nd of January. Unfortunately, we are closed on that day, it must have been an error in the system to let it go through. I have ordered new flowers and we will deliver them on 3rd Thursday.... Lilac and Bloom" I am grateful for Elena from Lilac and Bloom for showing initiative but Floom has let me down!
