The flowers my friend received had 1/3 the amount of flowers shown in the photo when I purchased them. I paid for the deluxe and it looked worse than a bouquet of old flowers I could have gotten from Safeway. I emailed with a photo to your support team and got no response. I called your number twice over the next couple of days and finally got an answer. They told me they would get back to me about a refund within 24 hours and now it’s almost a full week later and zero response. So after an email, a voicemail, and a phone conversation, I have not gotten any sufficient support from your team. I’m really disappointed with this entire experience.
