My order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be, for a viewing. I asked what went wrong, and they said they would look into it. I followed up and was told it was delivered at 11:30 the next day. No apology or explanation, but I thought at least it’s there for the funeral. Come to find out from the family, they never saw the flowers. I have no idea if they actually made it. And still nobody from the company apologized or explained why it was a day late. I’ve used the service before and had a better experience but this was kind of weird and a bummer.
