I ordered a bouquet for my friend's 40th birthday to be delivered on her birthday before 6 pm. When I checked on the delivery it said it was not attempted and "still with florist" at 9 pm and after speaking with my friend she did not receive the flowers. When I reached out to Floom with an email they were quick to respond that they would check the status and get back to me the next day. However, the next day they responded basically saying it was delivered, but status was not updated. Bye. I then reached out again and asked them for tracking information or some type of confirmation or where they left the bouquet because my friend had not received the arrangement. Floom just ignored my questions altogether. No-one reponded or checked back with me to make sure my issue was resolved. Then I get an email to rate them.
I am happy to report that the bouquet was finally delivered but it was not in the best shape AND the customer service is lackluster, needless to say, I will not be using Floom again and I would not recommend them to others.
