Misadvertised bouquet, poor customer service resolution, dishonesty from both the florist partner and floom. I will never recommend Floom to anyone, and instead recommend a competitor such as Interflora or Serenata. I will also go to efforts to make sure my employer (Google) de-boosts Floom on our search engine.
