i order flowers a lot with work. Decided to try this company and worst mistake ever. they delivered them a week late after i cancelled the order and havnt given me a refund. no communication or apology - perhaps the worst customer service i have ever received. am now going to have to report them to my bank to get my money back. don’t waste your time or money
