Order for same day delivery placed Sat morning. nothing delivered. Query sent Mon. Acknowledgement of query received . Nothing heard. Spoke Wed to help desk who showed email responses sent but which never arrived, though their email request for a review arrived! Eventually learnt that local florist had decided they could not do local delivery.
My conclusion is that this is a large organisation where control and communication with local florists is poor. On the plus side they refunded my money quickly. I certainly wont be using them again.
