The bouquet we received was nice. Unfortunately, having purchased the flowers a week in advance I wanted to change the delivery day. I emailed your company 3 times throughout the week and called every day. Nobody to answer my multiple calls and no responses which led to some serious inconveniences. You really need to improve your customer service post purchase.
