I ordered on Sept 19th for next day delivery of flowers to my daughter in Manchester for her birthday on 20th. I am not with her since I am overseas so this delivery was important. BUT the delivery was NOT made!!! I wasn’t even informed!! Now I asked and still waiting for refund. Completely unacceptable!
