First time ordering from floom and will be my very last. At first, they didn't deliver on the date I placed for same-day delivery, I placed the order around 11 am. I feel as if my day was wasted as I kept looking at my messages to see if they were sent or not, after 6 pm I rang customer service and they said to wait a bit longer but nothing. The next day I rang and someone said they will send out the flowers which did get sent out but the flowers were completely different. So I rang and they said they will offer a refund once they pick up the flowers. but the problem was I sent these flowers to someone who suffers from severe depression and who lost both parents in 2020 and 2021 so that was the last thing I was going to do. They agreed to a 15% refund which I still wasn't happy about the run around I just didn't need it and completely ruin the whole experience and was not worth the hassle. I just wished they got it right the first time so I didn't have to do all the chasing. All that time-wasting I just didn't need! plus you can see in the picture the discolouration on the small roses kinda wilting, which was not worth it. That was taken on the day the flowers were received
