Confusing selection when ordering online - it was showing flowers that did not deliver to my area or couldn't be delivered on the selected date even though I had the necessary filters enabled. Premium delivery was on time however the delivered bouquet was significatly different to what I ordered, the specific flowers mentioned in the description were missing and were replaced by less attractive ones. No reply to my complaint was received as of yet however I got multiple emails asking for review in exchange for store credit.
