I ordered once. I have since been spammed by email. The first was clearly a form letter claiming to be the manager reaching out personally. Since then, I have been spammed by a site which collects reviews.
I have tried to unsubscribe. I will try again.
In addition, this review form doesn't have the options which are actually appropriate (no "same day" choice, for example). I hope they get their act together as a company and get professional because it is an excellent idea.
Shame. Good service, but I cannot recommend due to the spam.
