Nice flowers, but awful delivery comms: despite calling Floom on the day, the delivery window couldn't be narrowed from 'between 10am to 6pm'.
Received a 'delivered' notification at 5:55pm, but the flowers almost an hour later. The notification was obviously a lie, intended to mark the delivery as being on time. Tbh I don't really care about the lateness (I wouldn't have mentioned this if they hadn't asked for feedback) but the awful communication and the weird lie mean I'll not use Floom again.
