Got my order wrong because the UI is terrible. I ordered a higher tiered option on a product but it doesn’t say that on the receipt - very easy for the florist to miss. Then they took too long to resolve the issue and still charged me the service, tax and delivery fee after an extremely disappointing experience. Will not be using Floom again.
