Got a delivery message when the order was not delivered yet. Recipient started to ask neighbours and concierge, but no one has seen our flowers.
Contacted support, was told that the order was indeed delivered.
Then 5 hours later , the driver arrived to the apartment. So the recipient recieved the flowers in the end, but the surprise was ruined by an erroneous delivery message.
