Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day that weren’t even sent out for delivery until February 15. Then they were marked “delivered,” but I couldn’t find them anywhere. When I wrote to help center, they didn’t offer a refund or any real support. Instead gave me 20% off my next order, for a service I have no intention of using again given this experience.
