Terrible. Despite ordering a $200 bouquet several days in advance, the flowers did not arrive on the scheduled day. Not only did Floom not re-attempt to deliver the next day or find an alternative florist, they simply canceled! I was offered a paltry $20 credit for a future order. Thanks but no thanks - I will never use this service again, and I have told my friends that I previously recommended Floom to stop using it. Waste of time and money.
