So disappointed in the service
I tried to complain that the flowers that were delivered are all a totally different type of flower and many less flowers than the ones in the image but was told my photo was not good enough to lodge a complaint. In spite of the photo very clearly showing the issue. The flowers were a gift so I can’t ask the gift receiver to take detailed photos of the flowers!
