Very unhappy with delivery item was delivered smelling strongly of some sort of chemical out of delivery drivers boot. Etched a mark in my wooden breakfast bar. Then I was told by the florist I should clean the vase before placing it and there was no spillage in boot of delivery driver. Basically told I was a liar I am now £99 out of pocket the smell was that strong I had to discard the flowers as I have a baby and it wasn't healthy. I am still waiting to speak to a manager which I have not been contacted by. Very upset with the service as this is where I always come to place orders for flowers. I have ordered from this website alot and have never had an issue before. I am very upset
