I ordered a bouquet delivery for my girlfriend’s birthday on the online store and the bouquet doesn’t look like the one ordered and the description doesn’t match. The saddest part is that I couldn’t fix it because it was delivered directly to her address. I’m not even talking that it was a day later than scheduled. The dissatisfaction is over beyond. The support agreed to refund me 50% and on my explanation why it’s not working for me they don’t respond anymore.
