I can't recommend this service. After paying over a hundred dollars plus expedite fee my flowers never arrived yet they are marked delivered. Good luck getting in touch with a person to get assistance with your order as well. There is no phone number (or at least i don't see one) to at least speak to someone about the undelivered flowers. I will just contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Highly frustrating to say the least. I'll stick with other florist. I have had various issues with them too but at least they have a number I can call.
