Placing the order was the easiest - I opted for the same day delivery at check out which failed to mention the time of delivery, so I presumed it would be the next few hours but guess what? It wasn't the case. The customer service online chat was disgusting to get hold of and they then could not get hold of the vendor, and when they did, the vendor refused to give a time slot and I was told my package would arrive by 6pm at the latest and guess what? It arrived by 18:03, and by that time my husband and everyone in the office had left for home. I wanted this eternal flower to be a keepsake/memory for the day of his promotion and be delivered in a timely manner, he is not back in the office till next week by which time the whole gesture is not needed. Beyond disappointed.
