Still waiting to get the flowers. It's been 4 days since the date they were scheduled to be delivered. Seems the name on the delivery got mixed up with another name or delivery they had so the front desk refused the delivery. There has been lots of back and forth to re-coordinate the delivery. I am hoping today is the day they finally will be delivered. Customer support at Floom has been good, but overall it's disappointing since the flowered didn't make it on the person's birthday and we've had to change the address to follow where they will be.
