I am so disappointed! I ordered flowers for my daughter and they we couldn't find them. I reached out four times (left two voice messages and contacted you customer care department and never heard back. We found them late last night in the mail delivery room in a smashed box...that clearly was damages by the delivery person. Some of the flowers are damaged. Im most disappointed that noone contacted me back. (Order # 6b69812)
